Yeah I know. I'm surprised I didn't catch that myself. The guy probably needs the "notice of deposition" drawn up by the notary (rules of court tell the notary exactly how to do that... not UPL... court allowed). It was most likely an example of what he needs.
I'm hoping someone here from MA will take it. I haven't called any of my contacts yet. I figure I'd give the forum a shot first, and on Monday will make a few calls.
You know what's sad? I called four notaries listed on here and none of them are mobile notaries.... what's that about  |
