it sounds like the deposition is being 'caught on tape'.

I'm not sure why he is pro se on a Federal discrimination case. Maybe he is really smart and well versed in the legal arena. I'm not sure. For all I know he could have an air-tight case.

Tina_MA called him and I am awaiting her update. So I really don't know what is happening or what exactly it is being requested (besides the deposition part NaNa
