IMO, it's not the Staples brand paper that has issues. I've never had issues with Staples brand paper.

However, from what I've read (never used so have no experience with this), it's the Boise X-9 brand that gives many problems of curling and jamming.

Again, Staples brand paper is not junk. ime&o
