Printer cartridge?

I'm a new Notary and have been printing about 1500 pages a day. At that rate Im going through 1 cartridge every day and a half. Im using a Konico Minolta printer. The cartridges cost about $60. So this is really starting to add up. Has anyone else dealt with this expense problem? Any ideas of how I can get my cost down? New printer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
