I am sure that many notary/loan-signers are busy in Arizona but you have to realize the amount of competition in Arizona.
Arizona has a population of approximately 8 million and have 100,000 notaries.

CA has a population of approximately 40 million and has only 160.000 notaries. Do the math!

This is the reason that our phones are ringing off the hooks in CA
