Never had a problem with Signing Carolina paying my fee. Not lowballers by any means. They also send me GNW and pay a great fee for it. Don't understand why some have these issues. I always print both sets, make it clear in the onset of the signing that dates must be clear and same format, as well as the signatures must be same as what is written below line, throughout docs or loan may be rejected. Rarely, I have to pull borrower's copy for resign.
