My 'usual' signature does not include my middle name or initial. When we recently refi'd our house, I specifically requested that my name not include my middle initial - of course, the docs were printed up with my middle initial on them Ugh. (the deed is in the name of our trust) So it was very awkward and more time consuming to sign my 'signature' when I had to remember to add my middle initial.

Just one of the many F ups on this refi (including the loan officer 'losing' her laptop with all of our NPI in it.
