| I did a signing for Avi at American Notary in Southern California on 6/6/06. I have invoiced, sent statements, past due statements and spoken to him on the phone several times. He's promised to pay within 2 days. The last time, when guaranteed check would be here by today or he would add another $100 as a guarantee. Mail has come and gone today. No check. Today, I left him message to overnight check by Monday or I would take further -- planning to take matter to BBB. Anyone else having same problem with him? Any other suggestions? |
