So highlighting a few things, it looks to me that Westcor or in the near future, other Title companies, will be doing this type of closing all on their, own, much like a doc-u-sign. Why pay a NSA when they can do it over the phone or webcam, send them the link and then walk them through it? The whole point is to save money...another way to squeeze NSA's out of jobs.
Notice they state "independent Title Agents" not "Independent Notary Signing Agents" |
