I don't remember getting one from this outfit, but everyday my e-mail is full of offers to "join" various "companies" who promise to get me these "hot" lists of title companies, signing services, etc. All I can say is, Thanks for the laugh!!!! $39, $59, $79, for a list of phone numbers from the phone book??
