Re: Very good points, Janet. Having just finished my 2017 tax

So agree with you, the good thing is you caught it and didn't have a blow out or a flat somewhere. I have driven my tires to the point of wires sticking out and thumping down the road. So dangerous. At least they gave you a proration on the new set. Mine never did, and the same as you...after about 30,000 miles they were bald. Their excuse is FL heat. Did you have to get an alignment when you bought them to be covered?
The worst is having a hose break and over car heating, the clutch go out, get in the AM to have no battery...all of which has happened within the last year with my other car. I just had my break pads replaced and tires will be next on my Smart, as my mechanic showed me where I need an alignment with the next set. It's important we keep up.
