| In 11 yrs I have never felt threatened, on that day all was well until near the end. I don't know about you but I follow my gut and I began to feel uneasy. He touched my shoulder and hair and that was too personal for me. He left me 2 voicemails, the last one was over the line. He said he wasn't threatening me BUT he had a survey (review) to do on me and I hadn't returned his calls....sooo. I took that as a threat. I looked him up and he is a lifetime registered sex offender. I don't know what he did but it involved a 12 yr. old. The very same day the company called me asking if there had been problems in the signing. I told them the story that he was upset because I wouldn't return his calls and he is a sex offender. They apologized and were kind to me. He also texted me twice and wanted me to come visit and eat supper. I have not responded and now have him blocked. I'm going into silent mode and this is my last post. I have no intention of calling the lender or title company. It's over and I will continue on with my work but I will be more aware of my surroundings and prepared to protect myself. |
