They have been my go-to supplier for many years. Quite a few years ago, seemed like every 4th post was about a problem with this co/cartridges and many changed suppliers. Then, they got good/reliable again. NOW, my last 2 orders, 2 months apart have resulted in faulty cartridges.
One just spewed toner all over when the strip was removed and the most recent (today) issue is the left 1 1/2 inches of a document are not printing.
Anyone else having problems? |
