. . . but your profile says that you are. You are advertising your services on this website as if you are ready to take closings, but you have told us different. Like many of the other seasoned professionals have already told you, it is very hard to break into this business without some sort of prior knowledge of the industry, training, a background check, the proper licenses for your state, etc. I applaud your desire for additional avenues of earning income, but I believe you are putting the cart before the horse.
