third, Janet, is spot on as always. "Oh, my. I hope the other notary is ok. I'm so sorry this has happened." Reassure them and get the job done.

And, yes, I thought GA was an attorney state.

I hope you come back on the forum and update us on how this all worked out with/without an attorney present.
