I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this, I was quoted a hundred dollars for a job. I completed it and saw NO instructions anywhere in the package for fax backs! I got an email several hours later asking for fax backs?? I told them there were no written instructions for fax backs, so I dropped the package.
They replied with that's ok, it's easy to forget verbal instructions and they were deducting $15. from my fee!
I replied back that that's not right, I usually request another $10 for fax backs.
Can they do this ?? |
