So, its an almost 12% reduction in our fee. All of us, collectively, need to contact partner management and ask them , "since you are reducing our fee by 12% and in turn asking to increase our operating costs by forcing us to have a cellular ipad, can we cancel that plan and just tap into the customer's wifi?" They'll, of course, say no but maybe it will send a msg. I have to pay an extra $30 a month now because of eclosings. I think its complete BS they are doing this. They said we'll make it up in volume. I'm not happy about it at all!! Really thinking about getting out of this line of work after 15 years. They are always taking advantage of us and there's no way we can fight back |
