Seems they go through a platform called "Notary Loop". It's a different kind of thing where they post jobs and then you accept them if you feel you want them. So far I only have seen $70.00-80.00 refi's with scan backs within the entire state, nothing close by. I would try them, but too far off the mark to accept anything I have seen posted yet. Not sure what companies this is through or her company alone...have no clue. Interesting concept compared to what I have seen on other platforms.
