| I agree and actually enjoy seeing how other NSA present, what they say, the whole process, because for the most part, we are self-taught. (too many I find are way too long-winded) No two closers do the same thing, have the same personality while conducting their closing. Yep, your two furry munchkins are adorable. My cat likes to play with small things he finds, so you never know if they decide to try and eat them. A rubber band can do a lot of damage. We all have to find our niche. I just started the rubber bands about 3 months ago, and never crossed my mind using them until working in title and that is pretty much all they used sending their stuff out to their home office. I am pretty old school in my filing system, organization...everything sits on my desk looking at me, nothing in my calendar or electronic. |
