and as such, I encourage everyone to examine their own insurance policies for the day the tables are turned and someone gets hurt on that leaf that blew from the tree or the pebble they stubbed their toe on, or, or, or ... while on your property, invited or not. I’ve sat on both sides of the table with attorneys representing the client/injured party and clients representing the insurance company — each side has their own little dirty tricks they pull from their sleeve.

Hmmm, seems like this scenario could be another push for RON and against NSAs performing loan signings from BOs homes.
