I try to arrive 5-10 early, just so I can park a block or two away and get in some extra steps into my day. If I'm at an appointment site earlier than that, I will not approach the location until 10 minutes before the appointed time. I feel that's a comfortable "early" window that isn't presumptive.
I am occasionally late as well because SF Bay Area traffic can be crazy. I consider arriving up to ten minutes after an appointed time still to be on-time. If my GPS says it's going to be any more than that, then I call the signer. |
