You stated that the veh. were in different states. You need to be sure the other states will accept the stamp issue. You also need to know if there is an Ack or Aff. (Jurat) that needs to be attched. I do a number of these {LTL Co.} and the Reg. requirements in other states vary. Also issue case my be how title is held. Co., LLC., Trust, etc.
