| You are making assumptions in Quicken's customer service, yet you have never worked for them. I do a ton of Quicken business here in Minnesota and the borrower's rave about them . . . love them. Maybe your borrower had bad credit and couldn't cut the Quicken mustard and had to move on to another lender. Usually the loudest complainers are from the ones that couldn't get approved. And we all know there are two sides to every story and somewhere in the middle is the truth. I do not believe for one minute Qucken did not treat a potential borrower professionally and civilly. |
