His email went bust. It was a disabled email account. They just throw a wide net to see who takes the bait and lead them to poor house.
I guess, this is a new version of 419 scammers , predominantly run by Nigerians. However , i did follow the links and it ended up in some IP pointing to Houston. Guess what ? Houston is a hotbed of nigerian scammers inside of USA. They are so smart and sophisticated , i guess its not fallen under FBI radar.
Lots of nigerians, and perhaps the conmen came to USA , got a GC and running some part time scams.
Disclaimer: I have nothing personal or racist agenda against nigerians. In fact one of the smartest people I have come across. some of my doctors / surgeons were nigerians.
Nigerian scammers have robbed many of millions of dollars without even firing a single bullet or walking into a bank to demand money.
But the stereotype exists and it is true & speaking of such stereotype is not to considered racist.
