| Before the days of text and non personal contact, they did pay a good fee, but since text they are on the low end. Signature Signings have gone that route too. They call me now as I ignore their emails...and I laugh at them...literally, on the phone when they give their fee. I dropped them awhile back after two signings of over 175 pgs and one was 234 pgs and they wanted to offer 90. I contacted them and said if you want me to do this, as I found out another notary cancelled and I rushed home not knowing, then my fee is xx. They said, we will lose money, I said then find another notary, if you want me to do this, the this is my fee. They paid me. This is all getting rediculous with these signing services. I have a handful now that I work with that pay and pay well and not hideous packages. I thank God that I saw the light to take it to another level of the real estate industry. |
