Yes, I have a few companies that do a "fast Track" "streamlined" closing already and get paid the same $$$. It's not foolproof and recently found that buyer's did their thing online and still sent me a full package. Overall it's great when they have time to streamline it. It cuts your package down quite a bit but still going out with about 60-70 pages. We never know when they schedule us what it is, just a smaller package.  |
