Thanks for posting that suggestion. I've had a issue with Amazon Prime myself. I bought something from Amazon a few months ago and then started getting notifications about my Amazon Prime membership. I didn't choose to sign up for it and didn't do anything proactively to join. However, shortly afterwards, I started getting more messages about not taking advantage of my 'membership'. I assumed it was spam. It appeared, though, that I was getting some benefits - like free shipping on some orders I've made since.
To inquire about it, I went searching the site for a customer service number and the closest I got (before getting sidetracked) was an online chat. I think half of my brain is still in the last century some days... It never occurred to me (until I read the post above) to simply Google them.
