Might as well jump in, the water is fine! Biz is good right now. There are a lot of courses out there that will promise you six figures if you take their course. Don't believe it. You already know more than most new notaries/LSAs.

It's now location, location, location and how low will you go. Being in a populated, growth area is a good sign you'll be successful, or so remote with so few NSA's your phone will ring off the hook with $300 offers to drive to Egypt. Knowledge is king, then presentation and the ability to establish rapport with the client in the first seconds. You're in. Get connected with the movers, shakers and doers. It's not who you know, it's how well you know them. Try to work only for 4 and 5 star companies in SC, then connect directly with lenders, title and escrow in your area.
