RON in CA. It has already passed for most of the country.
I'm not getting on board at this point. Like anything, the money is in creating the platforms. I find them cost prohibitive from my standpoint.
One I looked at charges a $250 annual fee, and $10 per seal + $5 additional for multiple signers. The cos. aren't going to pay us more for these, and likely are planning to pay less.
The electronic notary fee in VA is $25, but most of that will get eat up by platform costs. I don't see it as a win-win for me at all. I also think I'd have to carry some extra insurance to cover any liability issues.
