very low, and I've been very busy. I'm in a military area, and a lot of the loans are VA. Those keep me in business. Otherwise, many other folks don't qualify for refinance.
As Yoli has said, complete a good profile--it's valuable advertising space.
Also, if you can, become a Premier Member, so your name appears higher on the list for your area.
