Should there even be a question here? If the original post was 1:09 pm, I would think they were just notarized that morning; however, 1:09 am shows that it was obviously predated, which we ALL know is ILLEGAL!!!!
It just blows my mind that we as notaries are held to the highest of standards and this is even questioned. We, as notaries, should not be turning the other way. In my opinion if you do that, you are just adding to the problem.
