Lender has no contact info for borrower?

So, I accept signing this morning scheduled for tomorrow evening. Get confirmation. No borrower contact info.

I email TC requesting info. TC responds that they have reached out to lender who advises "... once the loan application comes in, they will have that information for you."

Lender doesn't have loan application? On what did they base their approval?
