He didn't say he was doing that, in fact I don't know of anyone that is using RON or ever will. I took it as a standard acknowledgement for a closing.
And to answer your question, for RON you have to check that box that says "Online notarization" the other is not acceptable or add that certificate that say's Online notarization if it's not there. It may be acceptable to appear via camera, but you need that extra verbiage that says he was not "physically" present. |
