The words “before me” are no longer sufficient

There MUST be words somewhere in the Certificate showing that the signer was physically present. This can be accomplished by writing “physically present” next to the signer’s name if the form hasn’t been updated. There doesn’t have to be checkboxes either, as long as it is specified somewhere within the certificate.
