Change of address notification to S.O.S

Changing my address first time in 16 years and moving to another apartment complex, after a failed marriage. Anyway , I believe I need to inform the S.O.S within 30 days of the move. Right ? Your advice / input will be most sincerely appreciated. Many many thanks in advance, and lots of wishes and love to everyone...Raj 🙏
