are you simply inquiring because of what you noticed on Settlement Statement?

If they are now asking for a reduction (as they hadn't seen the CD before they agreed to your fee), let me ask you now: Is this a TC that increases your fee other times when they see the CD allows for more than what you and they had already agreed to on the particular file in question? If so, I would certainly discuss the matter with them and take it under consideration. If not, oh well .........
