I would do my NSA job and not concern myself, much less starting investigating looking up their home value and trying to dissect what is between them and their LO. Curiosity kills the cat. Truth be told, that is private information and we shouldn't even be reading that 1003 much less discussing it here, it has nothing to do with signing the loan. jmo
