So sorry for your cuz, family and yourself. Will be hoping for the best outcome and recovery. Definitely more than gossip or the odds of an auto accident. You have put this in perspective and addressing all the people she came in contact with. No doubt some of these people have been infected by her poor choices. It upsets me to hear she worked with the elderly. My mom is 94 years old and in an Alzheimer’s Care Center which is locked down so no one can enter except the staff. Every resident is still virus free, but the staff goes home after their shift. Any of them could come into contact with someone such as people your cuz came into contact with and unknowingly bring it into the Center and infect 90 Alzheimer’s patients.
And for the people continuing to spout that are exempt and need the measles signing fee — their time of staying virus free is limited, and the odds of them staying virus free aren’t very good.
