I'm really not in that line of fire but a quick Google shows each state has their version no doubt guided by NAR.
For those hearing of it for the first time it's an addendum to the purchase contract that allows either party to retract from the contract without consequence if COVID-19 becomes an issue such as loss of job or income.
One more thing to look for on purchases.
