I do know for a fact that title companies are too busy to sit and close their own loans. RON is simply notarizing, no discussion of the loan package at all. Period. Soon they will get tired of the phone calls and emails from their clients wanting to know what things are, and thus we still serve a purpose. Maybe GNW will halt, but I don't think this is mainstream for NSA's signing and going over a loan package is customer service and for the $100.00 +/- we are well worth it to them. jmo
