This is typical. No consideration to your time is given. The bottom line is that you have to control your own time. If a delay in receiving docs is going to negatively affect your schedule, then you have every right to change course and give back the job. Once they set you off your schedule, only you can decide if you can still complete that job. If you can't, then just give it back. They will probably not argue with you. They'll just blast it out on Snapdocs again and someone else will take it.
