Loan officers and signing services have been saying that since day one. "Oh all the other notaries we work with will back date docs" Uh huh, sure. Then why aren't you using them?

They want their docs signed and don't care if their instructions are legal or not. It's not them who will be breaking the law, it's you.

Good on you for calling them out!
