| I assumed she meant the costs of getting whatever equipment and/or services, i.e. software, platform, etc., that was needed to be able to do RON signings. Probably only paid to Notarize.com if they're providing some of those support services. Just my take - and I'm no expert on this process, so I could be wrong. |
