fee schedule with others, i.e. interoffice, satellite offices, other branches, etc.?

Personally, I don't care, if it is only the fee schedule. But I do object to the discussions about the discounts given. As I give a variety of discounts to various clients for a variety of reasons. Not all discounts are created equal.

What are your thoughts on the matter?
