Are you for real? You expect us, the lowest man on the real estate industry totem pole payscale, to do our part and do these for less than $30.00 because of COVID? I say let their office staff do them since they get paid hourly.
We are not doing charity work as independent contractors who have a business to run, who risk our lives doing regular closing, most often underpaid at that after we go out in hazmat conditions.
I hope you are not for real, and if you are, need to respect us as much as you do for the rest of your staff. Without us, the loans do not get closed, so expecting us to go out and do something no matter how small for $30.00 is insult to our profession. rant done. lol jmo |
