Also check with your clients re: RTC dates. So far, I'm seeing Friday IS counted as a business day, even though it's an official federal holiday. Saturday, the 4th, of course, does not count.

 RTC is extended & I think it's Sat. that is considered the -  MW/VA on 7/1/20 4:15pm
