Having never worked with her, I have no idea which TCs she works with. However, as a CYA, I always generate an invoice (regardless of whether I have to send hiring company one or not) and my invoice includes name, address and phone number of where docs were shipped to -- usually the TC -- and a reference number (escrow number). The other thing you can do is simply keep a copy of the shipping label until you receive payment.
