Unfortunately sick or not, the signers will all say they are not because they need it done.
Now you may have to be tested, quarantined, and wait your 14 days if you think you are exposed.

I had a cougher about 10 days ago at a closing inside of a title company but was wearing his N95 mask. I was not happy, GF not sick, but made me nervous. He started coughing 1/2 way through. The Title company took note and that is why they include that sheet they sign, contact tracing if necessary.

It's part of what we do as an essential worker, and we should be charging hazard pay.
