Most CA sellers docs I get weigh in around 30-40 pages. In my area, however, there are a lot of investors and probably half my business is me signing investment property docs for props in other states, and those are usually 15-30 pages. So when a seller's doc assignment comes through, I grab it. Half the time it's super small. The other half of the time? Well, it all balances out.
