We have been a TPL state since 2006 for real estate related products. Notaries who were not going to conduct these, no need for a TPL.

This was enacted July 1st along with the new witness requirement, which was a real bonehead move. Again, this just fell out of the sky. I can maybe understand this for new applicants but this also covers those renewing. And we who hold TPL licenses have to get background checks annually.
